Health Tracker
Keep a simple record of your weight, BMI, blood sugar, blood pressure, and heart rate — including readings you already took in the past. Everything is saved on your own device: no account, no database, nothing sent to me or anyone else.
For personal record keeping only. This app does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition, and the categories it shows are general reference ranges — not a medical opinion. Never use it as the basis for a life-and-death decision or to decide anything about your treatment or medication. Always consult your doctor, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
This browser is blocking local storage. The app can still be used, but nothing will be saved. Turn off private browsing or allow site data for this page, then reload.

Send to Your Google Sheet
Copy your records and paste them into a Google Sheet that belongs to you. Nothing is sent automatically — you paste it yourself, into a sheet only you control.
- Click Copy Records for Google Sheets.
- Click Open a New Google Sheet — it opens in a new tab, and you may need to sign in to your Google account.
- Click cell A1 and paste with Ctrl + V (⌘ + V on a Mac).
Your browser blocked the copy. Select everything below and copy it yourself.

Backup & Restore
Your data lives in this browser on this device. Clearing your browsing data, switching browsers, or using a new phone will leave it behind — so download a backup now and then, and keep it somewhere safe.

How the Categories Are Worked Out
- BMI — under 18.5 Underweight, 18.5 to 24.9 Normal, 25 to 29.9 Overweight, 30 and above Obese.
- Blood sugar, fasting — under 70 Low, 70 to 99 Normal, 100 to 125 Pre-Diabetic, 126 and above Diabetic.
- Blood sugar, 2 hours after eating or random — under 70 Low, under 140 Normal, 140 to 199 Pre-Diabetic, 200 and above Diabetic.
- Blood pressure — general adult reference ranges, from Normal through Elevated, High Stage 1, High Stage 2, and Hypertensive Crisis.
- Heart rate — a resting rate of 60 to 100 bpm is shown as Normal.
These are general adult reference ranges and may not fit you. BMI in particular does not account for muscle, build, pregnancy, age, or ethnicity. Your doctor's guidance always comes first.
